Dear Delegates:

The next regular meeting of the MSUWC will be held on Friday, April 30 and Saturday, May 1, 2004 at the Midland Holiday Inn. A block of rooms has been reserved at the rate of $87.00, single or double occupancy. Please call (800) 622-4220 or (989) 631-4220 before April 6, 2004 to make your room reservations and be sure to mention the council to receive proper room rates.

Friday night's schedule:	7-9 PM	Official Business
	9-9:30 PM	Scholarship presentation
	9:30-11 PM	Hospitality

Saturday's meeting will begin at 8:30 AM. Also, as a reminder, in accordance with the Council's Constitution and By-Laws, Article XIV, Section 2(b), "Once each year at the May Regular Council Meeting, the Delegates shall vote on whether the automatic dues increase for Local Union Members authorized in Section 2(a), above, shall go into effect for the current year, with the approval of a majority of the Delegates voting being required."

Local Presidents, please return the Delegate form that was mailed to you ASAP.
